How it Works

Click on the "Connect with a Notary" button/link on the home page to place a document signing order. This will direct you to a page where you, as a client, can sign into the secure platform, and place your order(s). *If you are a new client who has not registered with us, there will be a "Client Registration" button/link where you can register with us to join the secure platform. New clients who have not registered with us can also find a "Client Registration" button/link on the Home page.

You upload your document(s) to the secure platform.

We assign your order to a certified Notary Signing Agent.

Your documents are sent electronically to the certified Notary Signing Agent via the secure platform.

Your scheduled signing is confirmed by the notary.

Your signing is completed and reviewed.

The signed documents are scanned and uploaded to the secure platform, and if requested, they are shipped to the location on a shipping label that you pay for and provide us with.

You receive an invoice.
